Oslo Safeguarding international institutions against authoritarian abuse
Gerald Knaus shares the story of how the government of Azerbaijan has captured the Council of Europe.

ESI's Gerald Knaus was in Oslo taking the campaign for Council of Europe reform and for a "Europe without political prisoners" to Scandinavia. He spoke at a panel organised by the Norwegian Helsinki Committee on "Safeguarding international institutions against authoritarian abuse".
