ESI in Vienna - Janus Serbia

A panel, including Gerald Knaus, discusses recent developments in Serbia at the invitation of the ERSTE Foundation in Vienna. Gerald presents the ESI research paper The Cost of non-Europe, which had been funded by ERSTE Foundation. Other panelists are Goran Svilanovic (Chairman of Working Table I of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe), and Milica Djilas (Faculty of political sciences, Belgrade). Alan Grant is an Irish photographer who travelled extensively in the Balkans and other countries and regions of the world.
