Peace Implementation Council (PIC) declaration includes key ESI proposals on state building and functional integration in Bosnia

ESI presents its ideas to former Finnish President Martti Ahtisaari, European Union High Representative Javier Solana and European Union Commissioner Michaela Schreyer in Brussels. The Peace Implementation Council (PIC) meets in Brussels on 23/24 May 2000 and adopts a final document outlining the international strategy for the next eighteen months. The declaration includes key ESI proposals on state building and functional integration in Bosnia.
