ESI on Gotland Island - EU Neighbourhood Policy

Gerald spoke on ESI's research on the workings and effects of the EU's Neighbourhood Policy at a conference organized by the Jarl Hjalmarson Foundation in Sweden.

Among the guests were: Carl Bildt, Minister for Foreign Affairs in Sweden, Yegor Gaidar, Former Prime Minister of Russia, Peter Semneby, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Mart Laar, Former Prime Minister in Estonia, Toomas Hendrik Ilves, President of Estonia, Andrius Kubilius, Former Prime Minister of Lithuania, David Bakradze, Minister of Conflict Resolution in Georgia, Margareta af Ugglas, Chairman of the Jarl Hjalmarson Foundation and Former Minister for Foreign Affairs in Sweden and Pauline Neville-Jones, Shadow National Security Minister.

Alan Grant is an Irish photographer who travelled extensively in the Balkans and other countries and regions of the world.
