ESI President Gerald Knaus speaks to conference in Sarajevo: Bosnia and Herzegovina on the way to a functioning state - visions, perspectives, concepts

Gerald Knaus was invited to the conference "Bosnia and Herzegovina on the way to a functioning state - visions, perspectives, concepts" in Sarajevo, jointly organised by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Heinrich Böll Foundation, Friedrich Ebert Foundation, and Friedrich Naumann Foundation.

He presented ESI's latest report "Making Federalism Work - A Radical Proposal For Practical Reform". More than 200 people participated in the conference and discussed the proposal, among them government officials and parliamentarians on cantonal, entity and state level, representatives of the political parties, economic sector, civil society and academic life, as well as members of the International Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
