Gerald Knaus and Heather Grabbe, Head of OSI Brussel Office, former member of the cabinet of EU enlargement commissioner responsible for Turkey, will give presentations on EU soft power, human rights and the transformation of Turkey. Please join us for the debate at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Alan Grant is an Irish photographer who travelled extensively in the Balkans and other countries and regions of the world.
