In December 2009, ESI put together and translated into Albanian a dossier of the most relevant texts from the website on the visa process for the first five Western Balkan countries. This was done for the conference ”Visa-free travel for Kosovo: Time for a breakthrough" organised by ESI in Pristina on 19 December 2009.
