Arbjan Mazniku Arbjan Mazniku je izvršni direktor Agenda Instituta, think-tanka u Tirani koji istražuje i analizira javnu politiku u Albaniji, naročito u oblasti dobrog upravljanja, evropske integracije i ekonomskog i društvenog razvoja. Prije preuzimanja ove dužnosti u januaru 2008, Arbjan je radio za MJAFT! (Dosta!) najuspješniji građanski pokret u Albaniji koji je izrastao iz omladinskog pokreta. MJAFT želi postići dobro uređenu Albaniju sa aktivnim društvom, jakim zajednicama i pozitivnom slikom u svijetu. Od 2005. do 2007. Arbjan je bio politički direktor u MJAFT, a od 2003 do 2005 direktor komunikacija. Prije dolaska u MJAFT Arbjan je tri godine vodio udruženje Albanska Nacionalna Debata, gdje je koordinirao debatne programe albanskih univerziteta i srednjih škola. Arbjan je studirao žurnalizam na univerzitetu Tirana i magistrirao političke komunikacije na Šefild univerzitetu u Engleskoj.

Alan Grant is an Irish photographer who travelled extensively in the Balkans and other countries and regions of the world. Thanks to him, ESI is able to show fascinating pictures of the Balkans: the facades of Tirana, the painted mosques of Travnik, the fabulous old houses of Plovdiv and the spectacular blue of water - dark in the Bay of Kotor, emerald in the river valleys of Bosnia, deep blue in Ohrid, twinkling in the Aegean Sea and on the Bosporus.

He moved to London and spent many years studying photography and now specialises in photojournalism, documentary photography and commercial work for a wide variety of private and commercial clients in the UK, Europe and Turkey.
