ESI's analyst Adnan Cerimagic spoke in Ulcinj (Montenegro) at the conference on "Freedom of movement in the Western Balkans and the EU" organised by the Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung Western Balkans.

Adnan presented ESI's work on visa liberalization for the Western Balkans and the refugee crisis proposal. Another speaker at the conference was Kosovo's liaison officer in Belgrade, Mr. Valdet Sadiku. Young politicians from Bosnia and Kosovo attended the conference.
