Alida Vracic Alida Vracic je izvršna direktorica i osnivač sarajevskog think-tanka Populari, koji u fokusu svog djelovanja ima politička, ekonomska i društvena pitanja u Bosni i Hercegovini. Po struci pravnik, Alida je najprije radila za Odjel za ratne zločine na sudu Bosne i Hercegovine i Komisiju za ljudska prava na Ustavnom sudu BiH. Njen kontakt sa ESI datira od 2000.godine kada se priključila ESI timu koji je radio na velikom projektu procjene upravljanja u Bosni. Do 2004.godine radila je stalno ili povremeno na raznim ESI projektima u BiH. Tih godina je uspjela djelovati i kao menadžer Balkanskog programa za Ombudsmene Španije i Katalonije kao i madridsko udruženje advokata. Kasnih 1990-ih Alida je vodila nekoliko balkanskih projekata za Centar za ljudska prava na Univerzitetu Sarajevo i za španski Institucionalni program. Alida je diplomirala pravo na sarajevskom pravnom fakultetu i magistrirala  međunarodnu javnu politiku na University College London.

Alan Grant is an Irish photographer who travelled extensively in the Balkans and other countries and regions of the world. Thanks to him, ESI is able to show fascinating pictures of the Balkans: the facades of Tirana, the painted mosques of Travnik, the fabulous old houses of Plovdiv and the spectacular blue of water - dark in the Bay of Kotor, emerald in the river valleys of Bosnia, deep blue in Ohrid, twinkling in the Aegean Sea and on the Bosporus.

Jonathan Lewis lives between London and Istanbul. He moved to London and spent many years studying photography and now specialises in photojournalism, documentary photography and commercial work for a wide variety of private and commercial clients in the UK, Europe and Turkey. His work has appeared in a number of magazines and publications and is used on the ESI website as well.
