I live in Rumeli Hisari. It is from here, the very edge of the European landmass, that I observe the world. Some of these observations I will share on this blog as a Open Society Fellow.

Well all the "strict but fair" principle is just a mere justification for UE not letting Bosnia and Albania join UE. Well it is just a game that have to be played in order to cover real reason why Albania and Bosnia have not to approuch Eu so fast. The idea of an unided europe is too old and it comes from Roman Empire and took a strong effect during middle ages with Holy ROman Empire. The dream for a great country with great kings equal to the power of GOD was always in basis of an United Europe. The greatest leader did their efforts to unite the europe under these baze concepts. Even today they show the unification as a resulto of a free will of different nations in basis of human rights but what they hide from our eyes, our ears, from our mind is the holy concept of unification. Till the holy concept of unification will be in the basis of unification itself there will be no FREE WILL from europian countries to accept other countries like Bosnia and Albania to join EU.

I would like to give a laconic coment regarding to this issue *visa regime* First of all
It is a very simple, victims during former wars have been punished ,whereas , unfurtinatelly anticivilizated people ( killers in Balkan)such are these thate have benefiting in this visa regime are taking awards!!!
Second, maybe UE politicians have made a huge plane to live albanians to rule in the hole region means in Balkan territory as the deserve for many reasons, first albanians are the first inhabitants in balkan some others that have got free visa regime came some sencuries later in balkan.Second albanians have a lot of natyral and human resoursies so really soon or later will dominate in balkan and therefore EU citizens will for sure come to us for holidays and some others variety menings. This is of cours my opinion,
many greetings
