The Turkish Economic and Social Studies Foundation (TESEV) was founded in 1994. TESEV focuses on policy questions facing Turkey and its neighbourhood. Programme areas are grouped under three headings:
- Democratization
- Foreign Policy
- Good Governance
TESEV Foreign Policy Programme staff dealing with Armenia:
Mensur Akgun (Programme Consultant), was director of the Foreign Policy Programme at TESEV between 2002 and 2009. He is also the director of the Global Political Trends Centre (GPoT) and chair of the International Relations Department at Istanbul Kultur University. He now works as a consultant for the Foreign Policy Programme. makgun@tesev.org.tr
Aybars Gorgulu (Assistant Programme Officer) joined TESEV's Foreign Policy Programme in December 2006. He continues to work as a teaching assistant
