Vienna – ESI at conference on the EU and the Western Balkans

ESI's analyst Adnan Cerimagic took part in a conference titled "Thinking and Shaping New Balkans in 2018: Navigating the ship between old challenges and new paradigms for the future", organised jointly by the Austrian Institute for International Affairs, the International Institute for Peace and the Karl-Renner-Institute. The conference took place in Vienna on 3 May 2018 in the European House.

Adnan presented ESI's latest reports and ideas on future of EU enlargement to the Western Balkans with particular attention on Bosnia. Other participants at Adnan's panel were Mr Michael Karnitschnig, Chief of Cabinet of EU's Commissioner in charge for enlargement, Mr Thomas Mühlmann, in charge for the Western Balkans in the Austrian Foreign Ministry, Ms Alida Vracic, director of the think tank Populari, Mr Richard Grieveson, Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies.
