ESI's Kristof Bender participated in a panel discussion organised by the Austrian Institute for International Affairs (oiip) titled "Serbia and Kosovo caught in a self-induced vicious circle? How to take the next (constructive) step" where he presented ESI's research on Kosovo-Serbia relations and the debate on border changes between the two countries.

The other discussants were Predrag Jureković, National Defence Academy, Austria, Hedvig Morvai, Erste Stiftung, and Marko Prelec, Central European University.
