Tirana – ESI discussing refugee crisis with OSCE and Albanian Foreign Minister

On 9 March 2016 ESI's Kristof Bender participated in an OSCE Regional Early Warning Meeting in Tirana, organised by the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre. Invited to speak about key developments and challenges in South East Europe, Kristof focused his presentation on the implications of the refugee crisis in the Western Balkans.

On 10 March he discussed the refugee crisis and implications for Albania with the country's foreign minister Ditmir Bushati.
