Budapest – ESI on the future of the High Representative at the Budapest Balkans Forum

ESI senior analyst Adnan Cerimagic participated in the Budapest Balkans Forum which took place from 8 to 10 March 2023.

Adnan spoke at a panel on “Neither With nor Without You? The Future of the High Representative.” The forum brought together academics, think tankers and policymakers from the EU and the Western Balkans. Adnan presented some of ESI‘s research and analysis.
