Ryan Cauwenberghs (Belgium) joined ESI in February 2024 as a Junior Analyst. He is currently completing his undergraduate studies at Sciences Po Paris, specializing in North Africa. His research and work have taken him to Senegal, Morocco, Mauritania, and Gambia. Undertaking his third year of undergraduate studies in Dakar, his research focuses on migration trends, security issues, and regional integration in West Africa, with a particular interest in opportunities for cooperation between Europe and Africa in these areas.
