Vilnius – Enlargement in an age of distrust

ESI's Gerald Knaus was invited by the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to participate in a seminar dedicated to EU Enlargement policy: "More than a continent: OUR (open, united, robust) EUROPE". The idea was to bring together practitioners – representatives from national authorities (EU Member states) and EU institutions as well as academics and scholars working on EU enlargement policy. Gerald presented ESI's proposal on how to reform the EU accession process.
