On 28 May St Antony's College in Oxford organised a film screening of "Cutting the Lifeline", the Kosovo episode of the "Return to Europe" documentary series. It was followed by a panel discussion chaired by Othon Anastasakis, director of South East European Studies at Oxford (SEESOX). Speakers included historian Noel Malcolm, ESI senior Kosovo analyst Verena Knaus and ESI deputy chairman Kristof Bender.
