ESI's Gerald Knaus spoke about the EU-Turkey Agreement and the challenges in fully implementing its provisions at a Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Union Affairs of Parliaments of the European Union (COSAC) organised by the Dutch EU Presidency in The Hague. Gerald introduced the state of play in a panel on migration and then joined a discussion with:
