ESI at SHUR conference in Rome

ESI analyst Ekrem Eddy Güzeldere participated in the final SHUR conference in Rome on "Human Rights in Conflict: The Role of Civil Society". SHUR is a research project funded by the European Commission. Ekrem spoke about "Civil society, human rights and the Kurdish question" on a panel with Natalie Tocci (IAI), Alper Kaliber and Valentina Scotti (Luiss).
