ESI in Vienna - Janus Serbia

A panel, including Gerald Knaus, discusses recent developments in Serbia at the invitation of the ERSTE Foundation in Vienna. Gerald presents the ESI research paper The Cost of non-Europe, which had been funded by ERSTE Foundation.
