New ESI analyst Ketevan Tsikhelashvili researches Turkish-Georgian relations in Istanbul

Ketevan Tsikhelashvili, who recently joined ESI as analyst in Georgia, traveled to Istanbul in the beginning of January to plan the upcoming research agenda with the ESI team. During her visit she and Nigar also visited members of the Georgian community in Istanbul and explored various aspects of Turkish-Georgian relations. Meetings were held with representatives of Georgian Turks such as the Chairman of Turkish-Georgian Fund for Education and Culture as well as with the Consul General of Georgia in Istanbul.
