Oslo – Safeguarding international institutions against authoritarian abuse
ESI's Gerald Knaus was in Oslo taking the campaign for Council of Europe reform and for a "Europe without political prisoners" to Scandinavia. He spoke at a panel organised by the Norwegian Helsinki Committee on "Safeguarding international institutions against authoritarian abuse".
