Talk at the American University in Pristina on the future of Kosovo

I am invited to give a presentation on a panel on Kosovo as a Factor for Stability at a two-day conference entitled Efficient Government in a Functioning State: Key to Economic Development organized by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Pristina. I then speak on the same issue at the American University in Pristina.
